The Association for European Cardiovascular Pathology is looking forward to welcoming you to Cambridge for the 9th Biennial Meeting between 10th and 12th September 2020. We have designed a varied programme with lectures from top speakers and the latest in the science of cardiovascular disease. In addition to the scientific programme, we hope you will join us for the Gala Dinner, and have time to explore the city and its surroundings.
Cambridge is a vibrant University City situated on the River Cam in the East of England, in a low lying area known as the Fens. World famous Cambridge University was founded in the early 13th century, and its historic and beautiful buildings dominate the city centre. The city is home to a variety of museums and galleries, and an abundance of restaurants and shops, along with a wide range of things to see and do.
The typical temperature in Cambridge in September is a daily maximum of 20°C, and a minimum temperature of 10°C. Rain is always possible but most September days are dry.
